Hi! I’m Nataliya, the founder and primary consultant at Altgate Partners. For over 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with executive leaders of Fortune 100 and multinational firms in technology, telecommunications, finance, biopharma, healthcare, and other industries. I am passionate about helping leaders optimize their performance, maximize their impact, and shape the future.
From a young age, I was inspired by my physicist father and engineer mother to “translate” the language of science/data to the language of emotions/human relationships. By training as a clinical and business psychologist and certified executive coach, I learned to help business leaders master both sides of this duality.
My time as a change management consultant for Fortune 100 companies and later at Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Verizon’s Corporate Center of Excellence honed my abilities.
I came into my own as I coached executives and high potential leaders and their teams, was responsible for executive assessments and succession planning,
ran an award-winning career development program for women in technology, and led global executive onboarding and mentoring programs.
